Then you’ve been letting your IBS symptoms run your life, and you need my help.

IBS, or Irritable Bowel Syndrome, is a chronic condition. If you’ve been diagnosed with IBS, you’ll be dealing with it for the rest of your life. Any book or supplement that claims that they can ‘cure’ your IBS is misguided at best and outright lying at worst.

With “Relief for IBS” I’ve done the legwork for you. I’ve done the research and gathered all the latest information on the causes, diagnostic tools, drugs, supplements, alternative therapies, and diet modifications in relation to IBS. You can use this information to take your treatment into your own hands and finally...

Get Control of Your IBS!

I’m not trying to say that everything in “Relief For IBS” will work for you. If treating IBS was that easy, we all would have found relief years ago. But I guarantee that something in this book will help control your IBS symptoms, no matter how severe your symptoms, and improve your overall quality of life.

Your IBS Symptoms and Stop Letting Your IBS Control You!

How the Book Came About (My Story)

They say that necessity is the mother of all invention, and that goes for this book as well.  I was diagnosed with IBS in 2002, and spent several years trying to pretend that I couldn't control it and just had to live with it. Then my IBS got worse, too bad to ignore any more, and I spent another couple of years trying to get help with conventional treatments.  My doctor wasn't much help - all she could give me was a prescription for anti-spasmodics.  I was frustrated that, after all the help she gave me in getting the diagnosis (she didn't hesitate to send me for any test that she thought I needed - ultrasounds, barium tests, etc.) there was really nothing she could do for me once the diagnosis of IBS was reached.

It took a while for me to take my IBS treatment into my own hands. I finally got frustrated enough when my IBS really starting affecting my life.  Most especially, I noticed it at work.  I started a new job, and I couldn't explain to my new coworkers why I couldn't join them for lunch.  They thought I was just being anti-social and not wanting to hang out with them, but I really did, but was worried that I would end up rushing to the bathroom because I wasn't sure what the restaurant food would do to me.  It was alienating me from the rest of my team.  Add that to me having to abruptly leave a few dinners out with friends and I had had enough.

When I started doing my own research into how to treat my IBS, I was frustrated again, this time by the fragmented nature of the information out there - a bit here, a recipe there, advice on a supplement somewhere else.  Dealing with IBS is exhausting in and of itself, and most people don't have the time or energy to try to track down all of this information, which means that they are making treatment decisions without knowing about all of the different choices that are out there.

And that's why I decided to write this book.   To do all the research that I possibly could, and put it all together in one place, where someone could get all the information they needed on all the facets of IBS.  And then people could take that information to make their own decisions about what would be best to treat their IBS.

Here’s just some of what “Relief For IBS” has to offer you:

The Two Super Simple Tips You Absolutely MUST TRY, Before Anything Else!
Definitive information on all the kinds of traditional treatments and medications currently available and who should be using them.
Information on alternative treatments that many people have used that could also help with your IBS symptoms.
The diet modifications that everyone needs to make, and that you don’t need to make.
The foods you can eat all the time, without triggering your IBS symptoms.
check New diagnostic tests that can confirm your IBS diagnosis faster and easier.
The inexpensive minerals and supplements that really work.
But most of all….how to take control of your life and your IBS!

You Need to Know This Information – It Will Make Your Doctor Take You Seriously!

The medical community is finally starting to catch on to what the rest of us who have been suffering with IBS symptoms already know – that IBS is a real condition, and that it’s not all in our heads.

There has been more research and drug studies done on IBS in the last 5 years than there has been in the last 50. You need to know what the latest tests, diagnostic criteria, and medications that are available to help treat and control your IBS symptoms.

Yes, I want to start controlling my IBS symptoms and arming myself with information now!

IBS is a very personal condition. Each person who has it has a different experience. That’s why I don’t like the diets or treatment plans that say “everyone with IBS must do this” because one of the things that make IBS so hard to treat is that no one treatment or diet modification will work for everyone.

Take, for example dairy; most IBS diets out there will tell you that you have to completely cut out or drastically reduce dairy. Now, through my methods I’ve learned that dairy is not a trigger for me, so I eat cheese (one of my favorite things!) with impunity. But I’ve also learned that one of the 5 spices in Chinese 5 spice powder is a trigger for me, so I have to avoid it at all costs. If I was on a terribly restrictive diet, I would have the same results, because I would be avoiding both dairy and spicy foods, but I would also be missing out on foods that it was totally safe for me to eat.

And that’s my point – if you exclude every possible trigger from your diet, then of course you’re going to see relief from your IBS symptoms, but if you stay on such a restricted diet (especially if you don’t have to) isn’t your IBS still controlling your life?

Instead, you need to gain control over your IBS symptoms; you need to figure out what are your triggers, not what are common triggers for other people with IBS. Every IBS story is unique, and your path to recovery and relief will have to be too.

In “Relief For IBS” I will give you the information, tools, and techniques that you need to take control back from your IBS symptoms and start living the life to want to live.
